The Opus 88 Omar Clear is a striking oversized demonstrator fountain pen that combines generous proportions, excellent balance and a completely transparent aesthetic.

Crafted from clear resin, both the barrel and cap reveal the pen\'s internal architecture and substantial ink reservoir. The result is a wonderfully clean design in which the colour of the ink itself becomes an integral part of the pen\'s appearance.

The Omar Clear features Opus 88\'s signature Japanese-style eyedropper filling system, offering an impressive ink capacity of approximately 3.5 ml. A glass eyedropper is included for convenient filling directly from an ink bottle.

An integrated shut-off valve controls the flow of ink from the main reservoir to the nib. During longer writing sessions, the end knob can be loosened slightly to allow continuous ink flow. When fully closed, the valve isolates the main ink chamber, offering additional security while carrying or transporting the pen.

Contrasting black details provide a distinctive visual accent against the transparent construction, while the pen\'s substantial dimensions give it a reassuring presence in the hand without compromising balance.

The Omar Clear is fitted with an engraved JoWo #6 stainless-steel nib, completing a fountain pen designed around generous ink capacity, dependable performance and the visual appeal of a true demonstrator.
