The Opus 88 Demonstrator Sapphire brings a richer, more expressive character to the brand\'s distinctive demonstrator design. Its transparent resin construction is enhanced by deep sapphire tones, creating a fountain pen that feels both contemporary and unmistakably individual.

The translucent body places the pen\'s internal architecture and generous ink reservoir at the centre of the design, allowing the ink itself to become part of the visual experience.

The Demonstrator Sapphire features Opus 88\'s signature Japanese-style eyedropper filling system, offering an impressive ink capacity of approximately 3.5 ml. A glass eyedropper is included for convenient filling.

An integrated shut-off valve controls the flow of ink from the main reservoir to the nib. During extended writing sessions, the end knob can be loosened slightly to allow continuous ink flow. When fully closed, the valve isolates the main ink chamber, providing additional security while carrying or transporting the pen.

A threaded cap and robust clip complement the substantial construction, while the pen\'s generous proportions and balanced feel make it comfortable even during longer writing sessions.

The Opus 88 Demonstrator Sapphire is fitted with an engraved JoWo #6 stainless-steel nib, providing a smooth and dependable writing experience that complements the pen\'s high-capacity filling system.
